Treasure Tress - Natural Hair Products Box

I can honestly say i am so happy to have received my third treasure tress box this month. Treasure Tress is the UK’s first subscription box specifically catered for young girls and women with naturally kinky, curly, coily, frizzy hair. For the subscription i pay £20 a month and you get more than your money’s worth.

In February's box i got a cheeky Valentine’s Day card, with information on these products:
  • Bouclemes's Curl Cream - RRP £9
  • Bouclemes's Curl Conditioner - RRP £9
  •  Motions Natural Textures Moisturizing Cleanser - RRP £5
  • Motions Natural Hydrate My Curls Pudding - £9.50
  • Kali Foam Rollers - £2.50
The average RRP for these products totals to: £35

As you can see the RRP value of the goods, is greater than the price you pay for it. Not only that the comfort that everything in this box is all natural, organic and can cause no ham to your hair. Well known and respected for their 0% policy: no sulphates, no silicones, and no parabens. Treasure Tress also sends you an email around the time of arrival, highlighting a product in the box giving you a bit of its background.

Since using the products Treasure Tress has sent me, i have noticed my hair has become shinier, not as dry and i’ve experienced less shedding. If like me you tend to do a million and one things to your hair, leaving it in a poor condition, the products they provide you with bring it back to life. This doesn't happen overnight but i am going into my third month with this company and my 'roots' couldn’t be happier. The only thing this box is missing is your own personal hair dresser, but i might be asking a bit too much.

Carli Bybel 14 Color Eyeshadow & Highlighter Palette

A friend posted a snap of Carli Bybel 14 Color Eyeshadow & Highlighter Palette on her snapchat, and i was drawn in instantly by the colours i then went on Carli Bybel's instagram to find out more. After a thorough nose on her page i ordered the palette. To my surprise the palette was only $12.50 + $5.50 shipping to the UK, bringing the total to $18 (£12.50) i couldn't check out fast enough.

First things first the palette comes with 10 eyeshadows and 4 highlighters, consisting of nudes and brown tones to compliment your skin. The pigments in these colours are unreal, a light dap with my brush is all i need. The eyeshaddow colours are great, as i don't like my eyeshaddow colours to overpowering.

Is this palette for you? Honestly it's for everyone the great thing about this palette is that all skin tones can use it, the palette contains both shimmery and matte colours however, it is more on the shimmery side. I would recommend this to beginners starting out due to the price and to experienced users as the quality is just as good as the top brands.

I cannot wait to rock this in the summer!!!

Buddha Bar London - Knightsbridge

When entering Buddha Bar London, i felt like i walked into a Asian Hollister store, dark, loud music and a buzzing atmosphere which i loved. The music had a range of genres from house to Turkish, which kept it interesting as you didn't know what was coming next.

For my starters i had, tempura Prawns that came with a soya sauce with chopped spring onion in it, and for my mains i went for the wagyu beef fillet with steamed veg. The wagyu beef is quite pricey but it is the best beef fillet you will ever taste, it literally melted in my mouth. I changed the truffle butter sauce that it came with for a teriyaki sauce instead as i felt it worked much better.

Given that there was a large group of us, the staff was very polite, attentive and prompt at all times giving that cherry on cake feeling for great night, i would definitely visit here again!
